I'm so glad you found your suite so quickly on our site! I've resent your confirmation email to you and also sent you a personal email to ensure you received it. Sometimes the confirmation emails can end up in the spam or junk mail folders, so it's always good to double check there.

Is anyone actually getting a refund?
Bookimg was easy but didn't get to take my trip like many others. Have been waiting 16 business days for a refund. While I know this is a hard time for everyone this is getting a little ridiculous.

So sorry for the delay - your refund is on it's way however our processing times are just a bit slower because of the COVID-19 pandemic. As we've been letting guests know via direct email, refunds are going to be longer than the 15 business days as we work on expediting and processing the vast volume of cancellations in partnership with the hotels. Hi there! You cancelled on March 6th and your refund was issued on March 7th. It can take 5-10 business to appear back in your account. Hope that helps clarify things for you. We're always here to help if you need anything further. -Kate
