Easy and convenient
Easy registration and check out. I do have a few questions about my rooms and whether it was two beds per room, but overall a good experience.

I'm so sorry you were given the wrong suite. If you would have reached out to us, we could've helped rectify the issue but we had no idea you were given the incorrect suite. I've sent you an email directly to follow up & see how we can best help from here.

Great price, but would still call hotel to verify
I liked that it was easier to find a connecting room through suiteness and I also appreciate the price I was able to get the rooms for. But, I did all the hotel to verify that I was booked for...

Everything was perfect! The Suiteness concierge texted us the day of to let us know if we had any problems to reach out to them. We got to our hotel and checked in and everything went wonderful!! Thank you for taking care of us!
