everything was fine but the room-- for $300 a night it should be as big and nice as the rooms in all other embassy suites, the world over. what a ***.

Hi there,
Getting something less than what you expected is never ideal and I'm so sorry about the confusion. Although suites are typically larger than most standard rooms, there are different tiers of suites and we strive to do our best in showing these in our suites description pages with information on the square footage, room features, as well as multiple photos. Junior suites like the ones you have booked are usually the starting option for suites - slightly larger and upgraded from the typical standard room however they do share the same living and sleeping area. I'll let our data team to see how we can reduce the room for confusion for future guests as want to make sure you're never getting less than what you expect.
