Thank you for your review of your CBT course. We're delighted to read you found your tutor support to be excellent, but very sorry to read that the admin support did not meet your expectations. We work hard to ensure that all our students receive a high level of support and service, but it looks like in this case we didn't get it right.
Regarding the CBT course, it is currently under review by our course development team. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on so they can take your comments into consideration as they review the course materials.
Please feel free to contact us directly to discuss this further. Should you choose to give us a second chance and complete another course with us in the future, we hope you will be pleased with our service and support.
