Thank you for taking the time Mark for leaving us your feedback. We do treat all feedback like yours seriously and I am pleased to note that your issues had been raised to our complaints team and as a result a correct invoice was sent. I am sorry for the administration errors that had occurred and this has been highlighted to the branch and the Retail Performance Director as a potential training issue. Kind regards, Scott

Scott please do not try to deceive readers (like your company tried to deceive me)- yes the issue was referred to the complaints department by myself which you investigated and failed to deal with appropriately the matter is now headed for the regulator.
