Sparksdirect were excellent. The product was dispatched very quickly. The only disappointment was the length of time that Parcel Force took to deliver the parcel. They kept it at their Leeds depot...
Make sure that you include everything that your customers ordered without them having to go to the trouble of contacting you to send them the missing items and then getting a surly reply.

Dear Judith, thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. We make sure we check all our deliveries, and ensure all items ordered are being sent; however, in your case, the light bulb was missing - for which reason we more than apologized and refunded its value to your card, making sure we provide you an alternative solution for this item. Have a lovely day!
