Happy long term customer
The storage spaces are dry, very safe, easily accessible and I had no issues with any damp or high heat/cold. The staff also deserve a special mention as they were always polite, friendly, helpful...

Good facilities, helpful staff but access tricky on occasion
The facilties are good and staff generally helpful. The only problem I had was trying to drop off some stuff outside of the office hours one evening and finding the site all locked up with no access...

Hi Thanks so much for this review. We were having issues with our auto gates on that occasion and unfortunately you tried to gain entry before they had been fixed. We always take the greatest of care with maintenance but unfortunately these things do occasionally go wrong - although I do appreciate it was very frustrating for you. I'm glad you found our staff helpful as we do our utmost to help.
