Hi Unfortunately we had an issue with some UPS parcels en-route from Germany getting stuck in Holland then being returned to us. We understand your order has now reached last week. The issue with UPS has been resolved and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hi. I understand you were in contact with our customer service department last week, who explained that your parcel is stuck in in Holland due to Brexit changes. We understood that you were happy to wait for the parcel. Our customer service department will be contact you again to determine if you would prefer a refund. We understand it is frustrating an apologise for the inconvenience caused. This is an issue with the courier and we are pursuing the matter.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. Our sleeping bags are intended to be be large enough to move around in whilst sleeping and not fit like clothing. Your comments will be passed to our design team to keep in mind and perhaps consider more illustrations on intended fit.

Wonderful product
