Great customer service any problems are sorted out extremley fast great staff all willing to do what is needed to make the whole proccess as easy as possible and with as little upset as needed to complett the arrangement of your loved ones cremation, The phone service extreamly good and the home visit again cannot be faulted in fact they do there best to help you everyway possible. If in the event of a problem Simpicity Cremations will do what it takes to sort out what ever has gone wrong in a fast and efficant way with total respect to you and your famrly, and Simplicity cremations looked after my late wife with the highest level of respect and care and when my time comes I shall be using them for myself again as they are kind , respectfull, and make the whole proccess as easy as possible and that in its self made the whole thing more bearable in a time of such sorrow.
