Excellent

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. This goes from the people on the phone to the people that I met face to face. The team from St. Austell were lovely people and very helpful.

Simplicity with dignity and caring.

Service was all it had offered. Personal and simple as asked for. Warmth and empathy from personnel who I had contact with. Service was caring and efficient and dignified.
