Hi Emmanuel, we are sorry to hear you are not happy with the service we have provided you on this occasion. I have looked into your order for you with DPD and it appears they had attempted to deliver your parcel on the 17th and 18th February and left a card. I would like to get your order to you as soon as possible so I am in contact with them to get this sent back out to you straight away. Any further assistance do not hesitate to our contact customer services at hello@shnuggle.co.uk.
