I'm a designer and I've placed two orders with Shelfology for the HD hidden brackets, the first was for my home and the second for a client's home. The product and service are fantastic!
The bracket worked great, so much so I have purchased two more for my mantle and another shelf. I would highly recommend these for anyone who wants a floating shelf.
