Tell more truth about the service in the hotels. Booking ladies were fine but our stay at the hotel was awful

Appalling service and poor response to our worries. Room not cleaned ever day, no bath toiletries (unknowing to us TIL we arrived) no heating and bath water running brown!!

Thank you, for taking on board my comments, I do appreciate that the maids work very hard and there is a quick turn around on rooms.

Staff very good, meals okay, bedroom comfortable but could’ve been cleaner, the paintwork hadn’t seen a duster in some time, the bathroom facilities okay.

Still not received a reply to my complaint

Excellent clean hotel, good food, reception a bit frosty all other staff excellent. Unfortunately the free bottle of wine for booking before end of February did not appear nor did the four free drinks

We are handling a very high level of bookings at the minute due to the current situation and our Contact Centre and Customer Care teamsare contacting customers who were due to depart on their holidays in April.
