We are really sorry that you thought the Kangaroo Island package that you booked with us didn’t meet your expectations.The package that you booked is not a 2 day tour, it was a package that includes afternoon travel to Kangaroo Island, 1 nights accommodation in Penneshaw and then a day tour the following day.
The day tour is designed for people who have limited time to visit Kangaroo Island and can only spare a day. We certainly do recommend that if you have the time, it is best to allow a minimum of 2 days but preferably more, to have plenty of time to really appreciate Kangaroo Island. On this one day tour we visit many of the major iconic highlights of Kangaroo Island such as Seal Bay and the Flinders Chase National Park. This requires the coach to travel from one end of the island to the other and when you consider Kangaroo Island’s size (155km long), there is a fair amount of travel that needs to occur including travel back to Adelaide in the evening.

I understood that the 'tour'was 1dayxand the same as the one day tour package from Adelaide day trip. What was misleading on the website and in talking directly to the sealing rep on the phone is that idea one would have free time to independently explore if one did the 2day overnight package. Their was no time to explore- just more time in transport waiting to pick up or drop off locals of other guests. To pay several 100 dollars over the day trip option is the rip - off and I still rate the package a 2star disappointment
