yout guide was very informative and helpful. Hotel in Kingscote was ideal - excellent breakfast.
We had an amazing time on kangaroo Iland.The coach driver was great always on time, plenty of knowledge about the Island.we will visit again in the future.
Both crossings were rougher than expected but we kept good time. Kangaroo Island was a great place to visit and there would have been enough to keep us occupied for a week rather than a day.
Car parking good. Processing of boarding passengers good. KI terminal on return for food purchases was short staffed and the food available very ordinary.
Our first impression of Sealink was very poor. We caught the 6pm ferry from Cape Jervis and after traveling from Adelaide, thought we would be greeted by friendly staff when getting a coffee and...

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your experience and first impressions at the Cape Jervis Terminal were not to your expectations.
We are very glad to hear though that you enjoyed your day tour with Glen who we know is a fantastic tour guide.
With regard to the café at Cape Jervis Terminal, I have looked into this particular date that you travelled and have been informed that we were hit pretty hard on hot food items that day with many sales. Whilst we do let hot/warm bakery item stocks run down so as not to have too much wastage, we definitely had baguettes, sandwiches and cakes available for sale. We also had hot food, baguettes, sandwiches and cakes available from the café on board the 6.00pm ferry sailing so I am sorry if you missed seeing that.
Also we have a policy that we do not reheat bakery items from the day prior as we purchase fresh items every day from local bakeries but I take your point that the pies that were left at that late stage in the day may have been in there for a few hours and may not have looked as appealing as usual and we apologise for that.
We do hope we see you on Kangaroo Island again in the future.
