thanks for your feedback regarding the 2 Day Best of Kangaroo Island tour. It was great to hear that you thought the driver and the tour was ‘fantastic’.
We offer a range of accommodation for this tour at Penneshaw, Kingscote and American River that you can choose when booking the tour.
We are really sorry to hear that the accommodation you chose did not meet your expectations and we will pass this on to the management of the property. Apart from the TV not working, there seems to be no other reason why this part of the tour needs to be refunded. The fact that the property was basic and the Ozone Hotel was booked out for dinner, I do not expect the owners of the motel to provide a refund on this occasion.

A long day, lots of driving for limited on-ground time.
Koala hunt was futile, and far from a "real" situation.

Getting meal at Penneshaw coming out was a rush.
Unfortunately one of us was ill throughout the trip caused by motion sickness.
There was far too much travel in the coach with fairly short stops.
Would not recommend single day travel.

We agree that Kangaroo Island is too large to explore in one day. We recommend staying for at least 2 days so that you can take your time and see more attractions that the beautiful Island has to offer.
