The certificate was supplied with as found readings and should have been the corrected readings, apologies were made and issue corrected.

Good service & good balances for our development kitchen, they take a couple of seconds to settle.
If you want instant results you have to pay for higher quality.

Unfortunately the costs of restocking customers incorrectly ordered items are financially costly to us and as such any enhancement to the deal was impossible.

Very good service, only one small niggle , the delivery note with the scales listed the test weight but it actually came separately- quick email confirmed it was not ‘missing’
