Customer satisfaction is very important to us and I have replied below to each of your comments: Carriage charge: Most mainland UK orders via our website have a standard charge of £8.75 regardless of order size/value. Once dispatched all goods are sent on a next day courier service, and all deliveries are tracked by our staff to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly. If our courier reports any delivery issues or a customer has a delivery query, we will always liaise with the courier so that your goods can be delivered as quickly as possible. We try to price our products as competitively as possible, whilst offering high quality products. Chocolate treat: We do include a very small treat with all our orders as a thank you for ordering with us. We certainly do not wish to aid obesity and I am very sorry if this has offended you. If you let us know in the notes section at checkout, we will ensure the treat is not included in any future orders you place with us.

Thank you for the great review, and many thanks for your order.
