It is disappointing that we failed to meet your expectations in several aspects of your tour and on behalf of Riviera Travel I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the disappointment you experienced. Your feedback has been passed to our Product Team who are responsible for the designing and running of our tours and rest assured they will be taking your comments into careful consideration. Whilst I am sorry to learn of the injuries you suffered to your leg, I am pleased to learn your Tour Manager, Franck was able to assist you as much as he did. At Riviera Travel we understand the important role our Tour Managers play in the experience of your tour and it is therefore very gratifying to learn that Franck went above and beyond to assist you. I have passed a copy of your kind comments to his line manager in recognition of his excellent work.
