It is particularly pleasing to know that you found your tour guide knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and that the excursions were a highlight of your trip. We note your comments regarding Ryanair and are sorry to hear that your flight experience did not meet the same standards as the rest of your holiday. As an airline operating extensively across Europe, Ryanair serves many regional airports and routes which provide convenient travel options for our guests. We do, however, offer departures from a range of regional airports where available, allowing guests to choose the option that best suits their preferences at the time of booking. Whilst we understand the disappointment of being unable to visit some planned destinations, river conditions can change rapidly and there are many operational elements that must be assessed and confirmed before any decisions can be made regarding a sailing's itinerary. Where operational changes become necessary, we communicate these as soon as confirmed information is available. We are, however, pleased to hear that despite the disruption, you still considered the cruise itself to be a 5-star experience and enjoyed the comfort of the ship and the high standards of service provided on board.
