We appreciate your comments regarding the information provided and understand your frustration with the disruption caused to your travel plans. Unfortunately, the prolonged period of exceptionally hot and dry weather across Europe resulted in unusually low water levels on many rivers, creating significant operational challenges that were beyond our control. However, we recognise that this does not lessen the disappointment caused when a holiday cannot proceed exactly as planned. Whilst cancellation may have appeared the preferred option, it is always a last resort. Wherever possible, we aim to operate our holidays and put alternative arrangements in place to allow guests to continue their trip and enjoy the best experience possible under the circumstances.
