Good service, missing tracking option
+ve; eShop works well; good stock levels and choice; swift delivery. -ve; no indication of delivery date; no confirmation of goods being delivered; no tracking options; order marked as "delivered"...

It would be helpful to have a tab with our usual purchases. Trawling through all the paper to find the one you use can be a pain... otherwise it's not to bad as a shop style site.

I will ask one of our eShop Customer Success team members to call you as we do have a feature of The Ricoh eShop called "Favourites" and I believe this will help you to save items that you regularly buy so you can locate them at a click of the mouse. Furthermore, we also have "Order History" that is another place where previously ordered items can be located and re-ordered very fast. We hope that once you have seen and tried these feature your concerns will be resolved. Thanks for using The Ricoh eShop. Your custom is appreciated.
