Thanks for the feedback. We do try and make the briefs as clear as possible, although appreciate there are sometimes a few things to chose from - this is done to give people the best option for them, and alternative choices if products are out of stock.

Hi Claire. Thanks for your response. The issue is not with the briefs. The issue is that you cannot read the brief without booking on to the job. If you then find that the items are unavailable you then have to unbook from the job, which leads to a poor star rating. Some jobs are only offered to workers with a five star rating so it makes me reluctant to book online purchase assignments where the items to be purchased are not revealed until the job has been booked. Hence your system disadvantages me and Redwigwam.
