Qui peut laisser un avis sur Feefo?

Seuls les clients disposant d'une preuve d'achat peuvent laisser un avis sur Feefo. Nous nous en assurons en contactant les acheteurs immédiatement après leur transaction.

Comment vérifions-nous les avis?

Nous vérifions que les avis proviennent de véritables clients en les associant à une vente ou à une transaction. Les personnes ne sont invitées à publier un avis qu'après avoir effectué un achat auprès de l'entreprise.

Comment gérons-nous les faux avis?

Feefo empêche les gens de laisser de faux avis car nous ne sollicitions des commentaires qu’auprès d’acheteurs vérifiés.

Good but needs adding too

The jobs are easy to book onto. However I don’t always get all the jobs put onto my dashboard which is annoying

Hello, thanks for your feedback.

When you say that the jobs aren't always added to your dashboard, what exactly do you mean?

If you mean jobs that we email you about directly, it may just be that you need to add more skills/job types to your profile.
