The staff are very professional and polite and I like the fact that they contact me when my products are due to expiring since I would not remember.

Renewal notice, and subsequent reminders are annoying. I have asked the renewal notice to be provided 1 week before expiry, rather than the current 1 month. We'll see next year if this is better.
