Messed about
Appointment booked for 11.30 showed up at 11.15 told "got builders in come back in an hour or so" no sorry or anything like that,a phone call or email would have been nice poor customer relations...

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff and although busy when I went, I was advised of this from the very beginning and kept up to date of progress along with other waiting customers.
