We are always reviewing the tutor support and have taken action where needed. Thank you for your feedback. This is something we would like to see as well, but it depends largely on agreeing with CIM and as they deal with many study centres it is probably not an easy task. However, the idea is good and has featured on our wish list for a while. We hope it will become reality at some point.

I am sorry you seem to have had an issue with receiving our messages. We work very hard to ensure everyone is kept up to date with the information they need to have and I'm not sure what happened in your case. I can't see any messages from you highlighting that you were experiencing issues with the communication. Any problems that are brought to our attention will always be dealt with, but we can only act upon information provided.
