It would have been helpful to have been advised prior to boarding the bus which stops had been closed so we could have planned and utilised our time better

Your tour in Cartagena - Easy Cartagena by Trolley Train
Booked for 10:15. Everyone was on board by ten past and we set off to negotiate the traffic.
Knowledgeable guide. Easy going with a sense of humour. Eric is a Norwegian polyglot.
The highlight was...
Brilliant tour with a lovely guide when we got to the Queens Tower. Extremely knowledgeable and informative about wine. We tasted five lovely wines with paired food during the experience. The...
Spinalonga was very interesting, but the heavy rain spoiled it somewhat, not many places to take shelter. The party was quite large and many other tour groups were there too, so it was hard at times...
This tour was mostly by coach, over to the less-visited side of the island, with several short photo stops. It ended at a winery, but we only got a very small glass of local wine and a quick stop. ...

Poor guide who spent much of the time repeating information about Spinalonga.
She managed to pick up two extra passengers at the first stop but didn't seem to know how to sort it out.
The...
Particularly good coach and guide.
Some people found the steps and slopes at Mary's house rather difficult even though it was billed as low activity.
Some people didn't manage to access this main...

Your tour in Motril - Finca San Ramón: An ecological garden in Andalusia
It was steep and narrow slope up to the refreshment area was very difficult for some people. Again it was billed as low activity. It also made it very difficult for the guide and owner to speak to...
The cruise was good, also the stop for coffee & waffles, the problem we had was the fact we couldn’t hear the information above the noise of the boat. We also thought from the title of the visit...
