My first purchase. I was disappointed in the jeans and sent them back, the jogging suit is good and the polo shirt just a bit different.

Excellent

Great service, it’s wonderful to purchase clothing from here, I’m only 4ft 11 and a size 6-8, it’s so difficult to find clothing. Thankyou pixie girl, you will always have my business for this...

We’re glad you liked the dress, but we’re sorry to hear the sizing didn’t work out as expected. We understand how frustrating that can be. We also appreciate your note about our service being adequate, and we’ll continue working to improve both our product descriptions and customer experience.

Clothing is not petite when it states it is.

When items are labelled as petite, they’re designed to suit a shorter frame with adjusted proportions, but if the fit still feels off, that’s clearly not right. We understand how disappointing it is when the description doesn’t reflect the actual fit, and this will be flagged for review so the sizing information can be checked and improved where needed.
