Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear your delivery was not completed as expected. Looking at the information relating to your account, I can see that your order was processed by the Online Doctor within their timescales, within 12 hours to be exact, their target timescale is 24 hours. Unfortunately, it appears the delay was caused by the transfer of the order between the Online Doctor service and the pharmacy. We will be investigating this issue to prevent a similar situation arising. In total I can see it too around 3 working days from your consultation being submitted to the delivery being completed, I am sorry this was longer that expected.
