Hello - I had a feeling I’d get a quicker response from a complaint than calling customer services. I spoke to someone at length on the 19th, so it’s a shame there is no record of that. Yes I was prescribed the same treatment three times, the third consultation was for a scalp condition, for which a cream is completely useless. If anyone had properly engaged with the consultation that would have been obvious. I’m not spending another hour on hold, only to get no response more than a week later. I’m really disappointed by this response
