Hi Mark, we're sorry this didn't live up to your expectations. We do state clearly on the website, in the confirmation email and on signage in the car park that the car park is operated as valet parking and that due to the tight spaces in the car park you may be asked to hand over your keys so our experienced car park attendants can park your car for the safety of yours and others vehicles.
