I was led to understand that I could download PDFd of the ECG and send to existing cardiologist rather than the paid for service offered in the App. This reduces its utility to me / substantially

Thanks for your feedback. It is possible to email a copy of the recorded ECG as a PDF directly from your device. Alternatively you can use the web based Provider Dashboard and grant access to your Cardiologist. If you need advice on how to do this please contact us.
