As you didn’t follow our returns process and request a GRN number or request technical support before sending your order back to us it has taken longer than usual to process the return. We have found no fault with the SmartOne but have today processed a refund.

Blood pressure monitor.
I ordered the item by phone as l knew the code for the model we were recommended, very prompt and helpful service. Parcel was well wrapped and promptly delivered by Royal Mail.
