Online Carpets Évaluations

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been left disappointed with our delivery service. While the majority of our deliveries are completed within the expected timeframes, we recognise that occasionally, unforeseen issues can result in delays or deliveries not taking place as planned. We understand the frustration this can cause and continually look for ways to improve our service, using customer feedback to identify areas where we may have fallen short of expectations. We’re pleased to hear that your project is now complete, and we equally appreciate your feedback that your previous experiences with us have been positive. We strive to deliver this same high standard of service consistently and are sorry that, on this occasion, we haven’t met your expectations. A member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch shortly to discuss your experience further and explore how we may work towards a more satisfactory outcome. Kind regards, Jenny Online Carpets
