Hi Lea, I am sorry to hear about this. I can see that you cancelled your holiday before we were able to get in touch with an update on your booking so based on the cancellation terms at the time of cancellation, we are only able to offer a refund for the hotel and transfer element of your booking which I can see has since been claimed.
