Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're really sorry for the negative experience. Upon checking, I can see that the first return attempt was unsuccessful due to a missing commercial invoice. In our confirmation email, we instructed in the return approval regarding the drop-off process and the needed invoice. You need to print out 2 copies of the return label and 3 copies of the invoice and attach them to the package, outside in a see-through plastic. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're really sorry for the negative experience. With our warranty program, you have the right to get a replacement when the watch head has a manufacturer defect. The reason why the price is lower is that we have an ongoing sale. Without it, the original watch purchased and the replacement watch are of the same cost. Thank you for understanding.
