Thank you for sharing your feedback. Per our email conversation, your first email was flagged as spam as you were using a business email to contact us. Regarding the red line, it is actually a part of the thin film placed on top of the watch glass for protection. You should be able to peel it off, along with the red line. You do not need any special tools to remove it, just your nail will work. 🙂 We appreciate your business!
