Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, your feedback is very appreciated here at Nordgreen.
We are sorry to hear that our product did not look as you imagined. In these cases, we always offer the alternative to exchange it for another colour or different kind of strap. This is, of course, covered by Nordgreen.
We believe this was the case for you, and hopefully it was a smooth process.
However, we will definitely take this feedback into consideration and see how we could improve in the future. Thank you for taking the time to let us know that.
Best regards, The Nordgreen Team
