The service was good and the bed was really nice and a fantastuc price that I could not find cheaper anywhere else. There is a problem with one part of the bed slat plastic fittings being damaged....

I am pleased it was sorted in the end for you and having spoke to the couriers they were very apologetic and blamed the volume going through the network at this busy time of the year. Nice bed. Unfortunately the footboard arrived broken which was frustrating. Thankfully this was rectified and a new footboard was with us a week later.
