Merchandise arrived in packaging that was damaged and ultimately when it was opened to be assembled the contents were damaged.
Very frustrating when I had to arrange and pay a guy to assemble it for...
Zero communication other than when they could not find house on their postcode system!!! Bed arrived totally unexpected having had no comms around when I should expect it

Good Morning Please accept our apologies for this. Thank you for your review, We will take this matter up with the courier company as when we spoke to you re your postcode and that we were dispatching that day we asked the courier company to then contact you to arrange the delivery.

I think it's a great bed for the price, my only tiny set back is the slats are not that great they are very light and look like they will break easily. But other than that I really love this...

Thank you for your review and I am pleased to see that you are happy with the product.
The slats are a laminated hardwood slat and although do not look strong will flex and mould to your body and are actually very strong.
