My girl friend ordered the frame so I can't comment. The bad rating is to tie in with how bad the bed frame is!

no communication as to delivery day, it just turned up so it was lucky i was at home

Thank you for your review however I do find it strange that you say that there was no communication as we telephone all deliveries and leave a message when able if if no answer then we email to advise of delivery.
