Cover appears good and when I sent a question about the cover by email I got a very prompt and helpful reply. Let’s hope the service for claims is good if I ever need it, hopefully not!

Very little information about my policy. I never received any kind of policy documentation but the money goes out every month.

Hi Rachael,
We're sorry that you're disappointed in our service and have left us a one star review.
A full policy wording, schedule of insurance and key facts document was emailed to the address you provided within minutes of you purchasing the policy from us. Bearing in mind that you purchased the policy in July 2017, a phone call or email to us advising that you hadn't received any documents would have solved the issue
Since leaving your review, we've emailed you a duplicate copy of your policy documents, which we trust you have now received.

A 1 star review is do detrimental to what we try to achieve.
We sent you the original documents in July and heve recently resent them when we saw your review despite the fact you did not contact us with your issue.
Should you be unhappy with us we will refund all premiums. and you cancel policy please let reviewers know your intention
We don't want dissatisfied customers.

I received 2 emails on 2/7/17 one to set up a direct debit and 1 to confirm direct debit set up. As i took the policy out through a price comparison site and i had not received the email from yourselves (that you sent but i did not receive) i therefore did not have any contact information to resolve the issue direct. By the time i realised i had no documentation i couldn't even remember the name of the insurer. Not helpful when the direct debit goes to "go cardless".

We find it strange that you had no contact information about us but still managed to review us.
As a company we strive to offer our customers the best service and have recently won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for outstanding customer service.
Whereas, yes, we are happy to take customers money but in return we want our customers to be assured that the money spent is for a first class service.
As we are not fulfilling this requirement for you I think the best solution is that you look elsewhere for you gadget insurance and we will refund all money that you have paid us.
Can you please ring 0191 5194000 on Monday morning with your card details and we will credit you with all payments you have made.

A liar i am not Kevin. Why can't someone just accept that there was potentially a blip in the system somewhere? I left a review as i received an email from feefo.com asking me to leave a review. I stand by my one star review on the basis of the responses i have received from you and your colleagues. Your way of dealing with unhappy customers is to simply get rid of them.

I am not accusing you being anything I was merely pointing inconsistencies in you review.
Another one being that you took out the policy through a price comparison site. If you had then you would also have received an email from them when cover was arranged.
We do not allow any comparison site to collect any personal details of our clients. All client information is collected only by ourselves and the policy is issued by us. So basically there is no third party involved with our client relationship.
Having said the above probably best just to leave it and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

Inconsistencies? You mean the inconsistencies with the various names you trade under. Multi gadget? A19 insurance? My review is a fair reflection on the service i have received sorry you disagree and don't like it. I also have screen shots of all emails received on the date you say documents were sent to me if you should require them because I'm 'that person' that doesn't delete. You have a great day yourself

Hope you are well and the full return for all monies paid to us has now reached your bank account.
A19 Insurance is the trading name or our general insurance brokerage. In order to attract gadget insurance, we also trade under "Multi Gadget Insure". We are a transparent company and the trading name is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority that regulates us.
It makes sense that if you wish to attract a niche type of business that you trade under a name that relates to the business that you are targeting.
So all competitors do the same. See extract from protect your bubble website
" Protect Your Bubble is a trading name of Assurant Direct Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (registration company number 5399683)"
As you appear to be a professional reviewer could you please explain to us and anyone else reading your reviews why this appears to be another problem for you especially when we make it so clear to everyone that A19 Insurance is the main trading name.

Easy to buy, good price.
Cheap and easy to buy online, received documents via email, you need to read the t&cs for the relevant information you need to make a claim but nothing to far fetched.
Hopefully will never need to...
