Not good

Poor. Item delivered was damaged and 1 item not available but was still charged for the cost. Had to send item back at own cost, still waiting for a refund.

Poor service i understand due to the current circumstances things are difficult but the lack of service provided is poor. I had one thing missed off my order and still have not had a proper answer...
