Initially I was concerned as my purchase did not arrive on time and tracking /subsequent phone enquiry to the courier did not appear to tie up. I attempted to phone Millets but the office was closed...

Excellent service

Millets provided an excellent service. I ordered some Peter Storm wellies, which were easyvto find on the website and came very promptly via courier.

Still waiting!

It is partly my own fault, as there was no cancel option, I order two of the same item one in error without discount and the other with discount. This led to confused exchanges with customer service...
