I used MicroAid years ago and found them great. I've no idea why I stopped using them but am returning to the fold now.

Thanks dear customer for your great comments and delighted to see you back again. We certainly aim to continue and meet customer expectations in the future. The point you make about packaging is relevant. A padded bag would seem to have made more sense eco-wise. This is being investigated.
