We have investigated your complaint, and your medication was definitely dispatched by us on the 4th July (The Royal Mail tracking confirms this too).
This was the same date you placed your order, so we were well within our stated processing timeframes. As your consultation was approved on the 4th July, there was no reason for us not to send the medication on that date.
Unfortunately, the issue here appears to lie solely with a delay with Royal Mail and the fact they also reported issues with delivering to your address, so we strenuously apologise on their behalf. Such delays are very rare, but can occasionally occur due to factors simply beyond our control.
