Mail advising me of delivery arrived after the product was delivered. No mails to let me know when I can expect delivery of the other products I have ordered - really poor customer communication.

Good Morning Mr Romain. Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the late despatch notification of the Broad Bean De Monica plants. This was a technical hitch which we are striving to repair. Your feedback regarding sending plants by first class mail has ben passed to our Despatch Manager for his consideration. At present we have a "2 Day" delivery with TNT. Never had any issue with buying seeds. Only bought seedlings once and by the time they'd been delivered upside down and roundabout I'd lost 50% of them if not more so haven't bought them again.
