Thank you for your comments we are very surprised and disappointed to hear this as you can see by our other reviews most of our customers are very happy with our service. We have spent an awful lot of time and effort marketing you property and have always gone back to you with any feedback or queries as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are not always able to give you feedback immediately after a viewing but we do aim to go back to our clients once we have spoken to the viewers.
We have a dedicated office sales progressor who chased your sale every week until exchange of contracts and I would be happy to show you your file. I understand that you and your buyers were in direct contact and were liaising amongst yourselves and may not have appreciated the work going on in the background.

Would highly recommend!!

I am happy with the manner in which the property was marketed and with the fact that buyers were eventually found for the property.
