Magazines Direct Évaluations

I phoned this morning about the new subscription and have been asked to ring back on Thursday as today is too soon for the information to be available on the agent's computer. However, it appears that the information held regarding my current subscription is incorrect - I paid for 12 issues starting in July 2013 therefore finishing with the June 2014 issue and I have confirmation of this in writing.. Your information states that my subscription ends at the May 2014 issue i.e. 11 issues although I paid for 12. Your agent said she would look into this and ring me back. My call was at 9.15am but so far I haven't heard anything. Call reference 7970837. My rating for Magazines Direct has therefore been reduced.

Today I received an email confirming my subscription renewal and stating the first issue will be June 2014, despite my previous conversations with your agents. I have phoned again and been reassured that my current subscription will end with the June issue and the new subscription for 2014/15 will commence with the July 2014 issue and end with the June 2015 issue. Please would you arrange for this to be confirmed to me in writing and that my records show the same arrangement. I had this same problem last year with IPC and the renewal of my Essentials subscription - it seems that your records like to cut a subscription off at 11 issues rather than 12 and hope that the customer won't notice. It is probable that come renewal time next year I won't bother but will buy the magazine each month - the saving in cost isn't worth the hassle.
